Corrected a bug in the loading of Ots RAC settings.
Added "Up" and "Down" buttons to move RDS texts.
Changed taborder.
Made the screen larger and moved some buttons.
Corrected a bug in the sending of special characters like "&", "%" and "#".
Added a "Clear" button.
Added a horizontal scrollbar to the textslist.
Textboxes which are focused get a green background color.

Possible to minimize the program to the system tray.
